CREDIT CARD ORDERS: 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We are required to verify the correct name and address on all credit card orders with the company that issued the card. All credit card orders MUST be shipped to an address that is on file unless we are notified. We do not require a signature for delivery of UPS packages, unless you have requested one. In most instances UPS will leave your package near the front door or where they usually leave packages. If necessary, most companies allow you to add an alternate "Ship To" address, such as your work address, that can be verified. American Express & Discover are extremely good at processing such a request. The phone number can be found on the back of your credit card .We know this may be an inconvenience but this policy is meant to protect you from becoming a victim of credit card fraud.

The following are several reasons why a credit card order may be delayed or refused:

1) A request to ship to an address not on the credit card account.
2) Orders to be shipped to a P.O. box.
3) Orders for which the shipping address does not match the address on the account.
4) Orders for which the credit card charge is declined by the bank.
5) Orders placed using non-US credit cards or with delivery addresses outside the US (such orders are not accepted).
6) Orders to be delivered outside the lower 48 states including Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, for which the extra shipping charges have not been requested previous to placing the order.

Return Policy:

A1 Big Audio was designed for the type of customer who knows their car audio products. If you don't know about the item you are buying and if you don't know if its going to be right for your car, you should research the item through the manufacturer prior to making your purchase or contact us . We have a no return all sales final policy since everything we sell is brand new unopened, we could not resell the items as new.  Note that Best Buy & Circuit City also have similar policies. But be assured that the items you receive are brand new and have warranty registration cards.

Fulfillment of Your Order:
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. The name and address on the credit card must match the mailing and billing address.  In most cases a a1bigaudio.com sales person will be required to place a verification telephone call to the number you provide us with, to further eliminate possible fraud. When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. We DO NOT accept non-U.S. credit cards.

WE DO NOT SHIP C.O.D.

Any delivery that is returned for reasons of NOT signed for and or refused after being processed will be charged a 35% re-stocking fee of the total purchase price to the processed account number. Order processing period will occur within 24 hrs of received order. Please be sure of your purchase.

In stock orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Once an order has been processed ie paid for or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will be contacted if there are any problems fulfilling your order ex: no stock/backorders just send us an email an we can verify stock. Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days. Some orders may take up to 9 business days. a1bigaudio.com reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason and to refuse all future service to any customer we feel has not honored the above policy .
